This center will focus on delivering best-in class customer experience - in order to achieve that we are looking for an experienced leader to be in charge of the whole contact center entity (meaning 100 + FTE).
Location: Nyíregyháza ( home office is also optional up to 2 days a week)

As a Head of Customer Service Operation your leadership and expertise will shape how the business grow and change.
