Job description

Our client is a fast growing, but also stable international company offering unique solutions to their customers (B2C). This center will focus on delivering best-in class customer experience - in order to achieve this we are looking for an experienced leader to be in charge of the whole contact center entity (meaning 150 + FTE).

Location: Eastern side of Hungary (on site working condition)

Responsibilities:

As a Head of Customer Service Operation your leadership and expertise will shape how the business grow and change.

Your primary target will be to stabilize and animate a great team with experienced leader, meanwhile living the company values: efficiency, passion, positive attitude, team spirit.

This role will grant you the occasion to

  • contribute to the overall Customer Service business plan and strategic initiative
  • being in charge of the following departments: incoming calls, outbound calls, video center
  • attract, select and promote talent from diverse backgrounds
  • deliver inspirational leadership and effective coaching, meanwhile providing a supportive and rewarding working environment
  • ensure that your workmates adequately skilled and highly motivated in order to achieve the objectives
  • give constructive and objective feedback focusing on personal development
Requirements

While you must have solid leadership experience, our partner cares also about your change management expertise your relentless pursuit of excellence and courage to make a difference.

Among other you should :

  • have a leadership experience from high volume, fast paced, changing environment
  • be fluent in English AND Hungarian as well
  • have the possibility to work fully onsite (hybrid solution is not manageable)
  • have proven track record in customer service and telesales / sales environment
  • have already managed a 100 + FTE operation - be able to think outside the box
  • have outstanding communication skills and ability to persuade and influence
  • not be afraid to make the decision, even if it is not the easy road
