The focus of the role:

  • Provide support to Finance Management and process owners in the implementation of new systems
  • Prepare Manuals & Procedures, process documentations during the knowledge transfer phase of transitions
  • Be involved in day-to-day operations in Group reporting processes
  • Provide support in the creation and maintenance of Close and Reporting
  • Provide support for organisational change initiatives (mergers, acquisitions, disposals, management reporting changes, internal organisational)
  • Monthly reporting and review
  • Be involved in Management Meetings – preparation of all necessary meeting materials, presentation
  • Engage in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in SSC field
  • Excellent communication in English and at least intermediate level in German
  • BA degree in Economics or in Accounting
  • Ability to work independently
