We are recruiting for a GROUP CONTROLLER, who will be the right hand of the CFO/Partner and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• financial statement review & analysis on a yearly and quarterly basis
• preparation of Group consolidation FS in accordance with IFRS / Dutch Gaap
• group budgeting & variance reporting
• cash monitoring (profit maximization review)
• preparation audit timetable
• initiate and ensure debt covenants are adhered to as specified in loan documents / Bank Reporting
• managing the group audit
• tax structuring (asset & company level)
• tax coordination & review
• transfer pricing
• completion of any ad hoc statutory or regulatory requirements
• supporting and working closely with the Chief accountant of each country
• foreign exchange management on all levels
• investor distribution calculations, tracking equity
• cash monitoring
• supporting investment management with investor drawdowns
• asset acquisition & disposal servicing/accounting
• bank payments and authorization
• meetings with other leaders of the functional areas
