The Graduate Programme

The Graduate Programme will provide you with comprehensive and ongoing training in the technologies relevant to your role, as well as training in banking and financial services. Software development graduates will participate in a 6-week full-stack training programme covering microservices & APIs, UI, test-driven development, database and Azure fundamentals. Reporting to the Development Manager, graduate software developers will have the opportunity to be involved in the design, development, modification and maintenance of software products. Your first assignment will be with one of our key clients, working in the financial services industry for a Fortune 100 global investment bank.
