Job description

Our partner is a a global pharmaceutical leader who is providing healthcare solutions in more than 170 countries around the world. We are searching for our partner a Global IT Service Line Support.

In this role your will focus is to seamlessly connect employees with the support teams and resolve their queries, driving customer centricity and user experience. Your main tasks will be:

  • Support L1 team leaders all over the world to improve their self-service offers
  • Provide business requirements to ITS in collaboration with L1 team leaders
  • Support internal testing and release communication
  • Take part in the yearly system testing processes and release communication
  • be the ITS point of contact for supporting tools enhancement and run tasks
  • University degree
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • Experience in Customer Support related positions
  • Experience with Level 3 software administration
  • Strong deductive and analytical skills
  • Effective business partnering and customer relations management
  • Strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
