You will be responsible for:
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-user inquiries, providing 1st level support.
- Handle incidents and requests through various communication channels, coordinating the end-to-end ticket lifecycle.
- Guide customers towards self-service options, promoting autonomy and sharing resources.
- Ensure excellent customer experiences through a customer-centric mindset and effective soft skills.
- Collaborate with product teams to enhance knowledge articles and support processes.
- Contribute to the knowledge base, report issues, and provide feedback for process improvements.
