You will be responsible for:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for end-user inquiries, providing 1st level support.
  • Handle incidents and requests through various communication channels, coordinating the end-to-end ticket lifecycle.
  • Guide customers towards self-service options, promoting autonomy and sharing resources.
  • Ensure excellent customer experiences through a customer-centric mindset and effective soft skills.
  • Collaborate with product teams to enhance knowledge articles and support processes.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base, report issues, and provide feedback for process improvements.

  • Fluent German and English both written and oral
  • Experience in IT support or call center is a plus
  • Excellent problem solving skills
