Job description

Are you speaking german and english? Would you like to use your language knowledge in working? If your answer is yes, this position is for you. Our multinational company in pharmaceuticals sector is expanding its team with a German Speaking Service Desk Specialist.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing first level support for internal users
  • Identify issues and solve them
  • Guide customers to a solution
  • Give information to the users about the statue of their requests
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Fluent German and English both written and oral
  • Experience in IT support or call center is a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Good communicational skills
  • University degree
