Job description

Our multinational company in pharmaceuticals sector is expanding its Business Support team. They are looking for a German speaking Reporting Specialist in their office located in Budapest. In this position you will be responsible for handling HR data and prepare reports regarding Payroll, Time and Benefit processes.

These are the main tasks:

  • Provide payroll, time and benefits reporting services
  • Deliver reports to requesters from business
  • Centralize and manage all relevant documentation and ensure they are up to date
  • Support operations in troubleshooting and escalations
  • Be able to handle projects according to business needs

What makes you the best candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in reporting
  • Good understanding of HR data
  • Workday, SAP knowledge
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Fluent English and German skills
