Job description

Our international FMCG partner is looking for a HR Payroll Specialist with german knowledge for the following tasks:

  • providing HR Payroll support for the Headquarters in Germany;
  • preparation of the monthly wage and salary statement;
  • managing master and transaction data in SAP HCM;
  • you will be the contact person for our employees in matters relating to wage tax and social security law;
  • preparation of certifications;
  • communication with health insurance companies and public authorities
  • fluency in German and English required;
  • 1+ year of experience in field of Payroll;
  • solid knowledge of income tax and social security law;
  • comprehensive knowledge on SAP HCM;
  • independent, reliable and structured way of working;
  • good Microsoft Office (especially Excel) knowledge is advantageous;
  • sociability and team spirit as well as a high willingness to perform
