Job description

We are looking for a German Speaking HR Advisor for our multinational partner in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role you will focus on the administration and coordination of payroll and benefits.

Your tasks will be:

  • Maintain HR database and administer data in connection with payroll, insurance, and benefits
  • Manage and update employee documentation
  • Support employees in payroll, time, and benefits-related issues
  • Assist employees and colleagues in benefit system related issues
  • Participate in HR-related projects

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Active, intermediate German and English language skills
  • Experience in HR Administration, or benefit adminsitration or payroll coordination
  • Experience in a multinational environment or in shared services is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Customer-focused attitude
