Job description

Our client is one of the world’s leading engineering company. They work with air and gas handling products.

This position is a back-office activity. The main function is to manage German user service desk requests, both automated and user generated.

What will you do?

  • To manage all logged calls in timely manner and within agreed SLA
  • Identify issues and solve them, guide customers to a solution
  • Make service interactions as effortless as possible
  • To create self-help knowledge articles based on proven provided solutions
  • To ensure that the team achieve the targeted KPI’s

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in German and English languages
  • 1-2 years of experience of IT services, or Customer services
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office products
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
