German speaking Customer Support Team Leader

We are searching for a German speaking Customer Support Team Leader for our multinational partner who is present in the technology field. If you would like to lead a team which provide commercial support then stop scrolling!

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Full coordination of a medium size customer support team which deal with end-to-end from order to delivery and billing processes.
  • Manages a variety of pre-sales or post-sales services coordinating a medium-size team of Customer Support Representatives
  • Responsible for leading the development of the direct reports
  • Generates KPI’s related the business performance metrics
  • Focused on continuous improvement
  • Manages all requested customer backlog changes and business dynamics for example preparation to support sales volumes up & downs, price increases, specific product situations.
  • Coordinates a close cooperation with other departments
  • Collaborates with Customer Support Manager towards future strategy
  • Participate in recruitment initiatives as necessary
  • Provide corrective action plans when SLA and KPI goals are not met.
  • Support Team members with escalations and Customer communication in case needed
  • Fluent English and German
  • 3-5 years of Customer Service experience + 2-3 years of People Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited institution
  • ERP system experience is a plus (SAP, Oracle etc.)
