Job description

We are searching for a German speaking Customer Service Representative for our multinational partner who is present in the technology field. If you would like to work in a team and provide commercial support then stop scrolling!

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Handles inquiries via phone, chat and email from customers and/or internal parties
  • Order management: order entry, price checking, order clearing compliants
  • Coordination of delivery and billing
  • Handles a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
  • Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfilment processes, customer service requests such as and-to-end order status management and contract issues/administration
  • Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics
  • Fluent English and German
  • Experience in Customer Service, order management
  • Experience in contacting B2B customers
  • ERP system experience is a plus (SAP, Oracle etc.)
