Job description
  • Process payroll activities for employees and ensure timely and accurate transfer of funds to banks
  • Handle queries from employees on payroll related matters
  • Work with SHARP Support Team to resolve system configuration problems and issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Prepare & Distribute Payroll Calendars
  • Ensure work processes and documentation under responsibility comply with relevant controls requirements
  • German Wage Tax Notification, Interfaces with Authorities in consultation with in-country advisor
  • Monthly & yearly reports and certificates to authorities and employees
  • SHARP Payroll Inputter for Germany
  • Germany absences, sickness, private health insurance
  • Payroll reviewer for Germany Pension and Austria
  • Germany Customer Service
  • Germany Time Attendance
  • Custodian of the SharePoint and LAN repository update for countries in scope
  • Support Supervisor – Ensure compliance in all aspect of Payrolls Process Calendars in scope (e.g. BSAM, BCP, VPRA/ITCM, Data Scan, Audit, UIA, RMGs, MPIs and day to day operations
Requirements
  • Entry level position
  • Solid German and English language skills
  • Completed degree
  • Process / input data that impact payroll timely and accurately
  • Precise and responsible personality
