Job description

Our multinational partner is present in the information technology sector. They are providing innovative solutions and excellent service to their partners.

They are looking for French speaking professionals for implementing and managing vendors to grow their business.

The focus of the role:

  • Monitor vendor’s activities and assure contract compliance
  • Review and analyze vendor KPI, identify deviations and corrections if needed
  • Validate monthly vendor’s payments based on the contract
  • Provide support for procurement in the selection of new service providers
  • Negotiate pricing and measurement targets with vendors
  • Coordinate the implementation of processes with new vendors
  • Maintain inventory of vendors and related data
  • Act as an interface with partners and manage escalations in technical, process, or financial matters

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Min. 5 years experience in Service Delivery areas
  • Experience in vendor management, purchasing, or project management
  • Fluent English and French knowledge
  • Excellent in Excel analysis
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
