Job description

International trading company involved in paper industry is looking for its French speaking Order Management Specialist in the small and friendly CEE team.

The main tasks involve:

  • Order management and Account Development: Manage the inquiry to invoice process
  • Develop relationship with customers trough compentence framework
  • Use CRM to gain knowledge of customer business and document insights
  • Make service interactions as effortless as possible
  • Identify issues and solve them, guide customers to a solution
  • Proactive communications with all stakeholders
  • Create, update and follow up on new business information in CRM
  • Occasional customer visits
  • Fluency in English and French both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Independent, open personality
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail, preciseness


  • University Degree
  • Relevant working experience
