Job description

We are looking for a French speaking Order Management and Service Partner Specialist for our multinational partner with an infromation technology background. If you want a complex and diverse role, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining end-to-end service-related processes
  • Providing first point of contact to the partners
  • Managing and developing the service delivery operation strategy
  • Monitoring and implementing partner contracts
  • Managing payment activities
  • After gaining experience you will be responsible to develop, implement, plan and control indirect service process for EMEA.
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Fluent English and French, both oral and written
  • 1-3 years relevant working experience (order management/customer service/contract managing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and project managing skills
  • Dynamic personality, team-player attitude
  • Work experience in international environment is a plus
  • College or University degree
