Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a French speaking Order and Claim Specialist. This position supports internal and external customers in EMEA.

In this position you will meet complex and diverse responsibilities:

  • Monitors orders to ensure that it arrives correctly to the Partner’s system
  • Be the first point of contact to customers and partners, inform them about any service-related requests (e.g.: special arrangements or service delays)
  • Collaborates with other departments to proceed with the service
  • Monitors incomplete job closures and intervene exceptions to ensure that completed jobs are closed and are eligible for payment
  • Review backorder list, sends email notification to partners and updates portal comment for the partner to view
  • Monitors queue for work orders with covered service issues, checks and fixes warranty agreement
  • Possess a continuous improvement mindset and be able to come up with initiatives to make the current process more efficient

  • Excellent level in French and English both oral and written
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience (customer service, order management, business process management)
  • Customer focus mindset
