Job description

Our client is a multinational engineering company whose business center is in Budapest, they would like to extend their accounting team in Budapest - this means we are searching for an French speaking Junior AP Accountant who is ready to level up in his/her career

The main tasks involve:

  • Processing and validating PO based and direct invoices and payment requests, managing payments
  • Managing vendor accounts
  • Reporting and supporting AP invoice resolution
  • Handling affiliate’s internal invoice queries
  • Promoting strong collaborative relationships between the affiliate’s finance teams and all other internal SSC teams
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • At least couple of months of work experience in finance and/or accounting in a multinational work environment (SSC) would be a huge plus
  • Fluent English and French language skills (written and spoken)
  • Finance and Accounting degree would be great
