You will be responsible for:

  • Perform the administration for the entire operational HR work along the employee life cycle for the Benelux region
  • Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces
  • Accompany and support respective employees throughout their employee lifecycle with a strong focus on operational HR topics
  • Participate in talent aquisition and talent management projects
  • Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SSC

What makes you the best candidate:

  • College degree
  • Min. 2 years experience in HR administration
  • Good administration skills and strong customer orientation
  • Enjoying to work in an international team
  • Fluent in English and French language skills
