Your tasks will be:

  • Set up and maintain customer accounts, contracts, and requirements
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure contract implementation
  • Handle escalations in connection with customer accounts, contracts, and services
  • Manage the creation and execution of customer invoices
  • Provide support and guidance in regards to customer accounts, contract, invoicing, and services
  • Participate in process improvement
  • Fluent English and French skills
  • Proven working experience in business operations/project management areas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advance knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP/Siebel is a huge advantage
  • High level of business acumen
