On behalf of our multinational partner in the manufacturing sector we are seeking for a Fxed asset expert, who has at least 3 years of fixed asset accounting experience and nterested in inventory accounting.
The main duties in a nutshell:
- Perform fixed asset process management and bookkeeping activities
- Perform month, quarter, and year-end closing activities related to fixed asset process
- Oversee and manage the costs involving the company's fixed asset operations
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
- Activation and reactivation of fixed assets
- Perform asset, property valuation activities and the scrap bookkeeping process
- Calculate and run depreciation for all fixed assets
- Perform and document fixed asset transfer and sale
- Develop inventory analysis reports and analyze variances (e.g., stock, and fair value reconciliation)
- Ensure and review the completeness and accuracy of inventory
- Maintain inventory movement table and cost adjustments
- Support the periodic physical counts of stocks & fixed assets (annual inventory of stocks, fixed assets)
- Provide timely, appropriate financial data, supporting documentation to internal and external auditing
- Support the key Accounting related projects (e.g., Axiom, Finance Transformation)
- Support continuous improvement projects
