Job description

Our multinational client operating in the field of customer service is looking for candidates with Finnish and English language skills.

Your tasks will be:

Answering customer inquiries in Finnish and English language
Assisting customers via email, telephone or chat
Providing information, help and guidance to customers
Cooperation with internal team to resolve complex cutomer issues
Document customer inquiries in database

Requirements

Fluent Finnish AND English language skills
