Job description

International real estate company's HQ is looking for a talented financial controller to join their team in Vienna and be responsible for the following task:

  • business partner for various internal stakeholders
  • carrying out data analyses of a wide variety of real estate projects and investments
  • take responsibility as decision scientist and Change agent for the business
  • strong focus on periodical and ad-hoc reporting
  • become key user for controlling tools (CCH Tagetik and XLCubed)
  • participation in Budgeting and Forecasting
  • continuous improvement of controlling policies, procedures and data quality

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE VACCIANATED TO ALLOWED TO WORK IN AUSTRIA!

Requirements
  • degree in Economics
  • 1-4 year controlling experience
  • Fluent English and intermediate German (the meetings are held in German it would be ideal to understand the conversation, the language can be improved)
  • good knowledge of relevant tools (Excel, Excel VBA, PowerPoint, Data analysis tools)
  • Tagetik knowledge is a plus
  • commitment to “get the job done”
  • ability to understand financial drivers and outcomes in the business and explain these to non-financial colleagues
