Our partner in the real estate sector, located close to Arany János metro station is looking for a financial controller to work under the supervision of the CFO, and be responsible for the following tasks:

• create financial reports, analysis on monthly bases for the project and management companies
• accompanying projects at various stages (planning, construction, and operation) from financial aspect, budgets vs actual, budget updates, report
• yearly cash flow budgets and budget vs actual monitoring, variance analysis
• preparation of monthly cash flow reports
• processing and verifying property management reports of project companies
• preparation of compliance reports to the financing banks
• ERP system reporting options, understanding data structure, managements dashboard development
• preparation of investor presentation
• work closely together with Finance management to share reports and analysis findings
• preparing quarterly/yearly management reports based on internal and international regulations (mainly IFRS)
