Job description

Our partner supports the technical infrastructure for the Central and Eastern European region of an insurance company and they are currently recruiting for FINANCIAL CONTROLLER role.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • review and approve external spend queries
  • conducting month end close reporting with the Business stakeholders
  • preparing month end reconciliations and reports
  • assist in the yearly pricing and planning exercise
  • prepare and support presentations to business, top management and the board
  • financial support of the Business: Plan versus Actuals
  • creating financial overviews for reporting purpose
  • responsible for customer communication and stakeholder management
  • document, maintain and optimize processes and configurations related to the environments
  • maintain service related documentation according to the company's standards
  • support resource planning and tracking for the Business
  • university degree (finance, accounting)
  • fluent English
  • 1-3 years financial/ project controlling experience
  • SAP and Excel knowledge
  • functional knowledge of the accounting processes
  • very good communication skills
  • analytical skills, team player, organized
  • ability to meet strict deadlines
