Auditors, Controllers Attention!

On behalf of our multinational partner who has a wide range of portfolio (real estate management, construction and solar energy) we are looking for a financial controller.

Tasks would be the following:

• preparing weekly, monthly and annual financial reports
• actual - plan difference analysis
• balance analyses, cost calculations and profitability studies
• preparing internal financial analyses and statements to management
• active participation in monthly and annual closures, supporting the work of the Accounting department
• annual business plan and monthly financial forecasts
• maintenance and continuous improvement of the controlling system
• reconciliation of sales and costs
• supervision of the internal control system
