Job description

There is an outstanding opportunity to be a FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER / REGIONAL FINANCIAL CONTROLLER at a multinational company, providing financial services over 13 countries.

You can show your expertise while doing the following tasks:

reporting to London to the Financial Director and to the Financial Controller
supporting monthly Business Reviews and Balance Sheet Reviews
providing ongoing insights for all businesses, on actuals compared to BP such as price increases, new business value, cost savings etc.
manage the reforecasting and budgeting process, consolidating and delivery of annual budget packs
assisting with managing working capital, managing debt, reviewing WIP and ensuring that outstanding sales invoices are highlighted to appropriate central finance partners
support production of monthly flash & consolidated business review reports

Requirements

relevant university degree
qualified Accountant e.g. ACCA, CIMA or international equivalent is a great advantage
fluent English knowledge (written & conversational)
advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience in developing, consolidating and maintaining finance models
ability to identify issues and propose solutions and make decisions
strong communication, influence and interpersonal skills including the ability to set up solid cross-functional partnerships
entrepreneurial mind-set and results driven, with a can-do attitude and resilient in a pressurised environment
