In this colorful position you will need to deal with the following duties:
- Cost control of Kft
- Interface to local accountants, tax advisors, bank, and auditors
- Interface to financial functions in European HQ
- General affairs for EAST: social security, legal and tax matters, etc
- Accounting interface to current service provider
- Banking (cooperate with Intergest, using their Link to their ERP system)
- Handling of local HR matters (contracts, calculation, Interface to payroll accountant, travel cost control,)
- Purchasing: preparation of investment requests
- Support to order processing for European Head Quarter for closing open payments.
- Logistics and shipments optimization.
- Control and administration of the stock / spare parts
