Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a HR Administration Specialist.

The HR Administration specialist is responsible for coordinating and processing all HR administration tasks related to the payroll processes, supporting the HR Business Partners for Hungary and in liaison with the internal Payroll team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Own and maintain new employee on-boarding process (and similarly, own the process of outboarding)
  • Deliver the onboard Cafeteria/HR basics training to newcomers
  • Administer the hungarian T&A tool (maternity leavers, new hires etc.)
  • Employment verifications for employees, distribute the employees' annual tax
  • Administer cafeteria, support employees with their declarations
  • Provide report to Central Payroll team as required
  • Manage together with PO team the necessary PO, provide information for invoice processing and payment
  • University Degree
  • 2 Years Experience in HR Administration
  • Experience in payroll related processes
  • Fluent English
  • Good Organizational, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Problem solving, decision making and process improvement abilities
  • Service oriented, flexibility, accuracy
