Job description

International trading company involved in paper industry is looking for its English speaking Customer service/order management Specialist colleague in the small and friendly CEE team in Budapest.

The main tasks involve:

  • Your proactive communication skill will be essential with the customers and stakeholders too
  • You will manage the inquiry to invoice process
  • You will be responsible for order’s processes
  • Solutions will be provided by you for the customers
  • You will use CRM to reach documents of customers, gain knowledge about them and follow up the new business informations
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal (+French is a huge plus)
  • Relevant working experience: customer service/order management or similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Independent, open personality
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail, preciseness
  • University Degree
