Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a Dutch speaking HR AdministrationSpecialist.
You will be responsible for:
- Support in HR administration related requests- Documents, letters, amendments
- Document preparation for all aspects of the employee life cycle including employment contracts, reference letters, work certificates, salary increases, correspondences
- Liaising directly with payroll provider and third party for payroll and attendance matters
- Gathering and ensuring all HR Records are electronically stored for North countries
- On-boarding/off-boarding process: Performing onboarding with new hires and exit tasks with leavers for North countries
- Follow up on the recruitment activities for North countries
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback, gather training needs, updating staff handbooks
