Job description

Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a Dutch speaking HR AdministrationSpecialist.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support in HR administration related requests- Documents, letters, amendments
  • Document preparation for all aspects of the employee life cycle including employment contracts, reference letters, work certificates, salary increases, correspondences
  • Liaising directly with payroll provider and third party for payroll and attendance matters
  • Gathering and ensuring all HR Records are electronically stored for North countries
  • On-boarding/off-boarding process: Performing onboarding with new hires and exit tasks with leavers for North countries
  • Follow up on the recruitment activities for North countries
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback, gather training needs, updating staff handbooks
  • University Degree
  • At least 3 Year experience in HR Administration or in other administration related tasks (admin assistant, executive assistant etc.)
  • Fluent English and Dutch
  • Good Organizational, Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Problem solving, decision making and process improvement abilities
  • Service oriented, flexibility, accuracy
