They are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and dynamic candidate for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Agent's role, located in Budapest serving one of their key clients on a day-to-day basis.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage customer requests received online or by phone.
- Ensure requests are fully understood and key information provided
- Follow defined procedures to provide first line troubleshooting service to help resolve customer requests
- Dispatch work orders to Regional management team, nominated suppliers or landlord based on defined business rules and manage work flow through to request completion
- Review work order status against defined service levels and expedite or escalate overdue jobs as required
- Provide timely feedback to customers on work order status
- Provide reports and management information on status of reactive and planned work orders
