Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software tools to solve complex network management and monitoring tasks on Citrix NetScaler infrastructure components, including

o deploying and auditing device configuration in automated way

o planning and performing infrastructure changes

o monitoring infrastructure health, including metrics collection, visualization, and alerting

• Integrate scripts with central automation / orchestration tools
• Write and maintain proper test scenarios and detailed documentation for software tools
• Support infrastructure change and service requests within the CEE and other regions based on Customer requests in ServiceNow
• Operational and administrative duties on the field of load-balancing / reverse-proxy / monitoring
• Performs regularly scheduled 24/7 standby duties within the Load-balancing Engineering Team to support Load-balancing Operation Team in case of major changes and incidents
