Primary purpose of the job:

To lead the creation of web based digital tools and proof of concepts for the purpose of process improvement, data capture and content delivery to clients. Taking successful proof of concepts through to become production minimal viable products. The role is focused all areas of the UK&I business. The role will lead the Citizen Development programme where the business, in collaboration with IT, analyses and digitizes their own process.

Responsibilities of the job-holder:

• Leading the Citizen Development Programme in the UK & I – Driving the business to digitize thier own process
• Interpreting and executing designs correctly.
• Communicate with business users.
• Solve problems and adapt quickly to new web design and application trends.
• Mentor and assist junior/citizen developers, building their skillsets through teaching others, and providing guidance and recommendations.
• Assist business users with enhancement and development of custom solutions
• User interface development, according to best practices.
• Creating and managing custom applications and updating support documentation.
