We are looking a customer facing project coordinator, who will be responsible for supporting sales management in the implementation of IT services for new business partners.

You will be responsible for:

• Plan and coordinate service implementation projects for international clients
• Produce a project plan, activities and tasks necessary for executing the project and manage the project schedule
• Manage partner / customer files / trackers
• Assist management in planning baseline budget, resources and project timeline
• Conduct progress reviews with client and team personnel, providing contingency and problem resolution plans
• Coordinate between clients, team members, and management
