Job description

Great opportunity for experienced Leaders in supply chain/order management project coordination.

We are looking a Deployment and Installation Projet Team Leaderr, who will be responsible for ensuring that hardware orders, Installations erc. activities are handled and resolved in a timely and qualitative manner and also for coordination team activities.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Perform people management tasks
  • Propose process improvements
  • Act as a first level for escalations
  • Ensure partner payment (Install Partners) is completed on time for all handled partners
  • In case of delay in the payment completion inform MPS Project Coordinator Manager and responsible Vendor/ Partner Managers accordingly
  • Run reports on New/Pending Status cases both on orders, installations activities and coordinate tasks with the team accordingly

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Fluent English (and German would be a huge plus)
  • 6+ years of experience in suppy chain/logistics/order management related processes
