Job description

Our partner is the international shared service company and has its registered office in Munich. Their customers are companies across the globe to which 7,500 employees across the international locations offer innovative, top-quality products and services in the fields of IT Services and Operations.

We are looking for enthusiastic and agile candidates to the position of Data Warehouse Tester to BI & Big Data team in Budapest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying correctness of data loaded in database and/or in Business Intelligence Tool (MicroStrategy)
  • Creating and executing scripts for test runs
  • Design and implement test automation
  • Perform regression tests
  • Testing reports/dashboards in Microstrategy in terms of meeting business requirements
  • Close cooperating with Product Owner, business and developers taking part at every stage of the project - to provide high quality of software and assisting with the business case implementation
Requirements
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Intermediate SQL and data model knowledge
  • Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
  • Experience in testing (3+ years)
  • Nice to have: Automate SQL scripts for testing
  • Nice to have: Business Intelligence Tools knowledge (MicroStrategy preferred)
  • Fluent speaking in English (French - nice to have)
