Job description

Our multinational client operating in the field of customer service and technical support is looking for candidates with Czech and English language skills.

Your tasks will be:

  • Assisting customers in user-level IT issues
  • Receiving inquiries via phone from Czech and English speaking customers
  • Providing information, help and guidance to customers
  • Cooperation with internal team to resolve complex cutomer issues
  • Document customer inquiries in databases
Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Fluent Czech AND English language skills
  • Excellent communication (writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Basic computer knowledge is a plus
