Job description

There is an outstanding opportunity at a multinational but small size, family-friendly company to be responsible for coordinating the whole order lifecycle.

Your tasks will be:

  • End-to-end order management, including order processing, coordination of delivery and invoicing
  • Procurement of materials from stock
  • Keeping contact with customers, warehouses and suppliers
  • Stock planning based on customer needs
  • Provide customer service and commercial support for orders, and logistics
  • Track, maintain and document material and customer data

  • Experience in customer service, supply chain or logistics areas
  • Fluent Czech and English languages
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer focused-attitude
  • Good organizational skills, excellent time management
