Job description

Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a Customer Technical Operations Specialist . In this role you will work with customer contacts, 3rd party partners to execute defined services. You will also handle services delivery execution and escalation management, which meeans your main tasks will be:

  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations such as install base accuracy, device change management, issue resolution, consumables management etc.
  • Ensure all Customer communication is clear, relevant, timely and appropriate
  • Manage / communicate to suppliers and partners in delivery of service as required
  • Perform root cause analysis for defects/issues related to or perceived as caused by the company’s product, supplies or services when required
  • Work with local management and Global Process owner teams to identify process gaps, opportunities and support models needed to enhance or improve customer support
Requirements
  • Fluent English both written and oral
  • Customer facing experience in a multinational work environment
  • Experience in order managament/incident management
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • University degree or College
