We are looking for new colleagues in a growing Customer Service Team. The team is part of a multinational company, and they support internal and external clients around Europe.
Your tasks will be:
Answer phone calls and emails from Czech and Slovak clients
Assess and troubleshoot issues in connection with products and services
Assist in basic technical issues and data management
Liaising with internal departments and handle escalations if needed
Requirements
What makes you a great fit:
Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
At least intermediate English knowledge
Good communication and organizing skills
Experience in Cutomer Service is and advantage, but not necessary
