Job description

We are looking for new colleagues in a growing Customer Service Team. The team is part of a multinational company, and they support internal and external clients around Europe.

Your tasks will be:

  • Answer phone calls and emails from Czech and Slovak clients
  • Assess and troubleshoot issues in connection with products and services
  • Assist in basic technical issues and data management
  • Liaising with internal departments and handle escalations if needed
Requirements

What makes you a great fit:

  • Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
  • At least intermediate English knowledge
  • Good communication and organizing skills
  • Experience in Cutomer Service is and advantage, but not necessary
  • Familiar with MS Office tools
