Job description

We are looking for experienced marketing professionals for our multinational partner that is present in the information technology sector.

The Customer Review and Product Support Specialist (French) will help improve a new global business process to respond to online customer reviews.


  • Ongoing  product review management from sites such as, Google shopping, Staples
  • Create monthly summaries of response activity for sharing in broader cross-functional team meetings
  • understand the end to end open market customer experience reflected in review feedback about their purchase, installation, use and support experience
  • creation of customized / personalized responses that effectively resolve or mitigate issues
  • help inform both the targeted customer as well as potential customers so they are less likely to experience similar problems in the future
  • Minimum of 3-4 years marketing experience, in technical support, product marketing
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent level in English and French
