Our multinational partner is present in the information technology sector. They are providing innovative solutions and excellent service to their partners.

They are looking for German speaking Pre-sales Specialist for managing the engagement of a Managed Services Client and successful transition to steady state.

The focus of the role:

  • Define proposed services requirements, develop cost proposal for services and partnership with clients to become an advisor on fleet and business optimization.
  • Act as the primary interface between Services Sales and Operations to design a services solution
  • Works with Sales to document and analyze current customer operations
  • Develop best in class operations solution based on defined Global Engagement Process
  • Identify any unique customer requirements including „how” specific tasks
  • Actively participates int he presentation of solution elements to customers
  • Interface with pre-sales to contract process owners to drive requirements for solving custom requirements and to identify and launch pre-sales process improvements

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Min. 5 years experience in an operations management role
  • Experience with the delivery of operations through the use of technology solutions
  • Experience required in face to face interaction with Customers
  • Demonstrated financial skills, ability to develop costs and understand financials / business case
  • Contracts knowledge
  • Fluent English and German knowledge
