Job description

We are looking for German speaking Customer Operations Specialist for our multinational partner that is present in information technology.


  • Manage escalations and deliver services' execution on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide customer report and added value with insight and recommendations for improving customer experience
  • Manage all aspects of the day-to day operations, such as install base accuracy, fleet management, order management, issue resolution
  • Maintain necessary client communication via email and phone
  • Work together with partners as required to support client's requirements
  • University degree
  • 3-4 years of experience in an operations or services delivery role, accountable for customer satisfaction and service level attainment
  • Project management experiences are a plus
  • Experience with direct interaction with international B2B customers
  • Strong structural skills and analytical background
  • Experience handling multiple issues at once
  • Fluent English and German knowledge
