We are looking for German speaking Customer Operations Specialist for our multinational partner that is present in information technology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage escalations and deliver services' execution on a day-to-day basis
- Provide customer report and added value with insight and recommendations for improving customer experience
- Manage all aspects of the day-to day operations, such as install base accuracy, fleet management, order management, issue resolution
- Maintain necessary client communication via email and phone
- Work together with partners as required to support client's requirements
