Introduction and coordination of CRM program
Introduction and coordination of Salesforce
Ongoing campaign administration and analysis
Plan & implement quarterly activities with E2E responsibility
Define and measure KPIs in different products/services and segments
Participate in group standard CRM tasks
Coordinate and participate in testing of the whole process
Coordinate marketing campaigns and solutions

Requirements

Minimum 3 years working experience
Advanced knowledge of CRM introduction
Precise, punctual and well organized
Fluent English
Experience in Marketing field
