We are looking for Spanish speaking candidates for a complex business support role at our multinational partner that is present in information technology.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer data in database
- Receive purchase orders from customers
- Ensure that the orders are complete for registration and billing
- Analyze and validate completeness and accuracy of information
- Communicate with the customer if information is incomplete
- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service) to verify information
- Register warranties, work together with Customer Service teams to document warranty issues
- Gather information and validate quotation for customer orders
- Validate and document billing process after completed services
