• leading and mentoring a team of 20
• supporting Sales with expertise in the quote to order finance administration process in EMEA region
• ensuring that quotations and contracts are managed in a timely manner and precisely for correct cost and revenue recognition
• monitoring contract performance and profitability by defining correct scope of the deals
• stakeholder management: Build mutually beneficial relationship with stakeholders (mostly Finance and Sales teams) and other departments of the Quote to Cash process globally
• act as first line escalation for issues arising and proactively manage business expectations in accordance with commercial guidelines
• ensuring that the department’s operation complies with all internal control procedures and KPIs
• leading team meetings and performance reviews
• taking part in new projects, proactive project improvement
