Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a German speaking Claim Administration Specialist.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and validating parts ordering with different departments, such as Logistics, hardware specialist or service engineers
- Supporting partners in the local language in case of any issue
- Monitoring the performance of the partners
- Maintaining and improving E2E processes and developing new methods to improve efficiency
- Working with EMEA country management and operations team to implement operational procedures
- Ensuring support for requests and supporting the team in parts ordering release, monthly partner payment validation and partner relationship management
- Handling exceptions in system transactions
- Ensuring timely response of the incoming emails regarding the warranty claims
